received. EarthLink will investigate each report and will
take appropriate action to block access to fraudulent Web sites,
stop Internet spammers, and help our customers avoid Internet
scams and have an enjoyable, hassle-free Internet experience.

promote products or services, that is sent to people without

Fraudulent, or "phisher", emails are seemingly legitimate emails
that ask the email recipient to provide personal and/or financial
information via email or the Web in an effort to steal that

If you receive a suspicious or potentially fraudulent email,
please submit the email, with full header information, to
EarthLink's Fraud Department through EarthLink's
Web Submission Form, which includes instructions on how to
retrieve and submit emails with full header information for your
Email client.
