How to Accept a Suspect Email Using the TotalAccess Mailbox

Emails that are intercepted by spamBlocker as suspected spam may be manually accepted into the TotalAccess Mailbox.

How to Accept a spamBlocker Suspect Email
  1. Open EarthLink MailBox.

  2. Click the plus sign next to spamBlocker so that its contents are shown.
  3. Click the Suspect Email item.

  4. Check the box next to the sender you wish to accept.
  5. Click the down arrow on the Checked items drop-down list and choose Move to Inbox & Add Contact.

    Note: If you do not want the contact added to your EarthLink Address Book, choose Move to Inbox.

  6. Click the Go button.

  7. When the message moves to your Inbox you will see this message at the top of the page.
