This article details how to move your existing EarthLink DSL service to a new location.

Question

I'm moving soon. Can I move my EarthLink DSL service too?

Answer

In a word, yes, but not in all cases. Here's how to determine whether your EarthLink DSL will move with you to your new location:

First make sure that EarthLink DSL is available in your new area. Click here to enter your new telephone number and address.

Note: To qualify for EarthLink DSL, your new local phone service must be provided by one of the following companies:

  • Ameritech
  • BellSouth
  • Pacific Bell
  • Qwest
  • SNET
  • SouthWestern Bell (SBC)
  • Verizon
If DSL is available in your area, click here for instructions on moving your service. If DSL service is not available click here for instructions on switching from DSL to another EarthLink high speed service.

If no high speed options are available in your area, click here for information on switching to our Dial Up product.
